Philipp studies Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam. He conducts research at Unruly Capital across robotics and deep technology and supports Unruly Futures.
Since September 2026, he has also worked with the University of Amsterdam, leading the UvA Founder Space programme.
He also chairs and leads Tulip's Advisory Board in a non-operational capacity. Tulip's current leadership team owns all day-to-day decisions and execution.
His work repeatedly creates high-intensity environments where ambitious people turn discussion into visible workâfrom student ventures and talent matching to founder communities and venture-building programmes.

Philipp describes himself as deeply curious and extremely unreasonable in his expectations. For him, unreasonability means ambitious plans, high standards, strong drive, and resistance through repeated failure.
