what the AI guide processes
When you send a question, the site sends that question, up to eight recent messages from the same browser tab, and a curated knowledge profile about Philipp to OpenAI so the guide can answer. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information.
The site also creates a keyed, pseudonymous safety identifier from the network address supplied by Cloudflare. It uses that identifier for abuse prevention and rate limiting; it does not send the raw address to OpenAI.
why it is processed
The data is used to respond to your voluntary request and to operate and secure the site. The relevant bases are providing the service you request and the legitimate interest in preventing misuse and unexpected API costs.
where it goes and how long it lasts
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and uses OpenAI to generate answers. The site does not maintain its own chat database, and the visible conversation is kept only in your current browser tab. OpenAI requests use store: false; OpenAI may still retain abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days under its standard API policy. Cloudflare may process ordinary network and security logs under the site's account configuration. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using their applicable transfer safeguards.
your choices and rights
You do not need to use the AI guide to view the site. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. Email the address above to make a request.
